The IYR is the clear leader today, as many of the REITs continue to set up for higher prices. Outside of the banks, this is the sector that everyone loves to hates. However, names like $BEE $KIM $SPG $VNO in the real estate sector all have digested their recent gains very well, and look poised to continue higher.
