Milk CSCO

Forget about buying [[CSCO]]. They’re too big and cumbersome to bank serious coin off of. However, playing the smaller, niche, companies, who feed off CSCO—like small fish on a shark, can be your lottery ticket.

If demand for routers and servers are still in boom mode, there are better ways to play the growth side, other than CSCO.

Personally, I’ve always been impartial to [[EQIX]]. These guys are like the [[EBAY]] of bandwidth. Forget about [[AKAM]], [[LVLT]] or [[LLNW]]; EQIX is the shizzle.

If they could get their fucking act together, [[RACK]] is “homeless man cheap,” and would make a great acquisition target.

Also, a stock that I’ve been buying, and is well off of its highs, [[FFIV]]. They optimize the delivery of data. The stock has been beaten like an Iranian civil rights leader and looks ready to book higher.

An old [[BBY]] derivative favorite, [[NTGR]], looks good, down at these levels. Something tells me the stock is too cheap to ignore.

Finally, within the sector, the following stocks are on my watch list:

[[RVBD]], [[CRNT]], [[STAR]], [[CML]], [[ARUN]], [[CIEN]], [[CAVM]], [[GLBC]], [[EZCH]] and [[FNSR]].

Off topic NOTE: [[NILE]] beat the estimates, but guided lower yesterday. However, the stock dropped like a lead balloon (10 bucks), prior to numbers. With 60% of the shares short, I like this name for a bounce here.

Be Careful With HANS

They are having issues with production costs and trucking.

If you read this blog, you know “The Fly” is a monster fan of [[HANS]]. However, I don’t feel like rolling the dice on this quarter. Doing so would make me no different from a Kentucky Derby looser [sic]. That, my little internet leech, I am not.

While it’s true, HANS, for the first time in company history, raised the price per case. It’s also true, gasoline and aluminum expenses have been fucking soaring through the roof.

Looking at the company with rosed color glasses, they are expanding rapidly, and will become the largest maker of energy beverages in the world, surpassing Red Bull, sometime in the near future.

In addition, they would be a great acquisition for [[PEP]], [[KO]] or [[BUD]].

NOTE: Vote for “The Fly.”

NOTE II: Both [[LFC]] and [[CHL]] are being raped in premarket trading. [[FXP]] is set to surge,

Take Your Gains

Fuck horses. Don’t ever ask me any questions about them.

While stupid bitches on CNBC espouse exuberant bullish behavior, “The Fly” chuckles, not laughs, at them.

I’m joining the party on some retard names, particularly [[RACK]].

In addition, I am buying [[NOV]], like a Texan at a gun store.

Sometime this summer, the market will collapse, in record fashion. All of the lemmings are bidding up [[CLF]], [[X]], [[BIDU]], [[GWR]], amongst other “insane stocks,” as if they had no brains.

I understand the premise behind going long [[C]], [[BAC]] and [[WB]]. But, buying the “global growth story” after 100% moves is asking for trouble.

Case in point: [[CMI]].

Understanding the market is operated by a bunch of coked out malcontents will help you make better investment decisions.

For example: good news is great and bad news is better.

Case in point: [[FNM]].

At the end of the day, the market is just a myriad of emotions, clashing into one another. Don’t get too mad or too gleeful. All you need to know is the refiners will trade down to zero, as oil melts up to $400.

The refiners are the new airlines.
