Missed a Nice Collapse During My Slumber

I’ve been told “you’re very particular about what you like, from my prisoner guard outside the door inside of my house — in reply to what I like to eat and drink now that I don’t have a sense of smell nor taste.

I have recently awoken from my loooooong slumber, because I prefer to sleep with COVID rather than not. I missed a scary drop; but now we’re back.

Breadth is very strong amidst the mega and tera cap stocks, but appreciably weaker amidst smaller. Nevertheless I’m not stupid and cannot be fooled. I shall not bet against the all mighty stocks so early in the Ukrainian victory. There is much yet to be enjoyed and celebrated, as Pax American is extended for another 100 yrs or so.

Biotech appears strong and Apple, Amzn and the usuals. Energy is weak, but not as weak as I thought. AG stocks are getting their faces ripped off as if all of Ukraine has been freed and Ukraine was about to take Russian grain fields.

Some keep taste but instead food is metallic tasting, seems all sorts of outcomes with this shit. Every lab can leak out or be stolen from, something has to be done to curtail arrogant risky programmes.

Raleigh is a nice medium-sized city.
And yet I consistently paid what I would have considered New York City prices for food and drinks; $11 beers, $14 glasses of wine, $16 cocktails, and entrees regularly over $25. I looked into rents and real estate prices too, which were going bonkers and seemed incredibly expensive.

Fast forward three months, and I’ve now traveled to Mexico City Having never been there, I decided to stay for a while and check out the city.

Mexico City has a population of 20+ million people. For an equal comparison, you’d be looking at places like Shanghai or New York.

I found in Mexico City were prices significantly lower than in Raleigh, NC. Food. Drinks. Entertainment. Real estate. Transportation. Medical care. And yet the quality and service were both consistently high.

Fly has Covid? No fuckin’ way. I hear the hoax is rampant in the Durham area. So far I’ve escaped it (mango a day) but fully expect to join the legion of infected when I travel there in two weeks. Wish you a speedy recovery.
