While there is debate on whether there are statistically relevant genetic differences between races, every study shows that the variance WITHIN racial populations are much larger than the variations BETWEEN popupulations. This means that while you may beleive Race A is good at Math, while Race B is good at Construction, there are still many individual from Race B that would do much better in STEM fields than the majority of Race A.
Mixing of races, religions, cultures, beliefs, etc. leads to discord, war, genocides. If a math aspired individual from Race A decides to join Race B that is better in math he better integrates himself fully with the majority instead of forcing the majority, Race B, to change their ways which conform to ways of an individual from Race A. That’s what I am saying. For example, homosexuals forcing heterosexuals to adopt homosexual ways will result a severe backlash once the pendulum swings the other way.
I agree that cultural differences can create problems, I also agree with integration, to soem extent. For example, if you want to be an American citizen, I beleive that you must be legally required speak English. However, that is not really waht you have been advocating.
There is a difference between saying, “You must learn English to join us.” and “because you weren’t raised learing English you can never join us.” Or more precisely, “This applicant has a black-sounding name, so despite his qualifications, I’m going to presume he won’t fit in and not interview him.”

The problem with society is a lack of empathy, the inability of most people to see things from someone else’s viewpoint. Empathy is differnt from sympathy. You can understand WHY a terrorist blows up civilians to protest a foreign power’s actions, and still not sympathize that their actions were justified.
I think we’re on the same page in principle. The trouble begins when minorities screech, wail and crybully the gov’t into using force to bend over the majority. Even bigger trouble begins when a third party pits one against another (divide and conquer) by sowing discord in order to exhaust their own enemies. That “smart” strategy works well short term but not in the long run. The best way is for the minority to demonstrate that their way of doing things is superior to the majority’s ways so the majority adopts the minority’s ways for their own benefit. That’s what I meant by “competitive advantage”. The Brits did not force (guns or law) the world to use English, yet the world adopted English organically as an international language.
The problem is that many “better their own race” (or their own position in life) by holding down others. In most cases, minorites “crybully” the government just for *EQUALITY*, but the dominant culture resists becuase they *correctly* realize that if others get more equality, that is a *disadvantage* to themselves.
If you are white, and employers are no longer allowed to hire you because they are white and want to “better their own race,” then that is a disadvanatge to the white race. It IS and advantage to the country, becuase it means more non-whites can contribute to the country in a way that matches their skills and abilities. THAT is the reason that companies embrace diversity: not for Political Correctness, but for productivity and profit.
Simirlarly, there are many reasons for the income disparity between men and women. However, part of that IS sexism. Some men resist changing that, because they *correctly* realize that equality means getting rid of their present *advantage*.

And in terms of my earlier point about emapthy, the easiest way for a group to obtain empathy (or sympathy ) for another group is to SHOW empathy first. As an example, BLM should come out strongly against people that muder cops indiscrimnately, while cops should realize that failing to throw out dispicable cops from behind the Blue Shield just weakens their moral position and in fact further endangers the lives of good cops. No, a scientist forms a theory, creates an expereiment to test that theory, and then validates/invalidates his/her hypothesis based on the evidence. He/she doesn’t throw out the evidence that they don’t like.
This is why the best experiments are double-blind. This forces the scientist to evaluate the results without knowing in advance whether it proves or disproves their theory.
It’s also important to take out biases. This is a big problem with many so-called IQ tests.
