Washpo Fake News Report: Trump Leaked Information to the Russians Last Week That’s So Sensitive, We Can’t Even Talk About it

Pro-tip for people trying to discern fake news from the main stream media: whenever a salacious story appears out of nowhere, typically of an incredulous nature, copy and paste the article into a word press file to see if the word count is more than 1,500. Usually, the media propagandists dress up their fake reports with a lot of subterfuge, in order to give it the semblance of importance. Any normie might see tonight’s Washpo report, claiming the President revealed top secret info, without naming sources or even the slightest details of what the intel was about, and think it was important, since it was so long and wordy.

Meanwhile, the report is 100% shit, without sources or anything in it to be taken seriously.

Source: Washpo Fake News

President Trump revealed highly classified information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador in a White House meeting last week, according to current and former U.S. officials, who said Trump’s disclosures jeopardized a critical source of intelligence on the Islamic State.

The information the president relayed had been provided by a U.S. partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government, officials said.

The partner had not given the United States permission to share the material with Russia, and officials said Trump’s decision to do so endangers cooperation from an ally that has access to the inner workings of the Islamic State. After Trump’s meeting, senior White House officials took steps to contain the damage, placing calls to the CIA and the National Security Agency.

“This is code-word information,” said a U.S. official familiar with the matter, using terminology that refers to one of the highest classification levels used by American spy agencies. Trump “revealed more information to the Russian ambassador than we have shared with our own allies.”

One day after dismissing Comey, Trump welcomed Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak — a key figure in earlier Russia controversies — into the Oval Office. It was during that meeting, officials said, that Trump went off script and began describing details of an Islamic State terrorist threat related to the use of laptop computers on aircraft.

For almost anyone in government, discussing such matters with an adversary would be illegal. As president, Trump has broad authority to declassify government secrets, making it unlikely that his disclosures broke the law.

Soooo, literally nothing.

More Washpo nonsense, the ride never ends

Thank you Julie Tate and Ellen Nakashima for wasting 5 minutes of my time reading this complete shit.

One can’t expect a named source this early in the story. It’s professional suicide for the insider. But the WP is freaking retarded if they published this without a solid foundation. The fact that most Americans would not be surprised if President Loose Lips revealed the info is the sadder story.

Come on. This is 100% nonsense. Even if everything was true, by their own admission, the President did nothing wrong. He has the right to disclose and declassify the intel.

Why in the world they needed 1,500 words to discuss a nothing burger speaks to their mental illness.

Now you are being Ironbird retarded. You are fine with the President disclosing highly classified info simply because he can under the law? So blabbing any military and intelligence secret is OK? The info Loose Lips allegedly disclosed could allow ISIS to locate the mole within its organization that is feeding our intelligence partner info about a laptop-based bomb. The larger issue is that Loose Lips has no clue how to handle sensitive info. He still thinks he’s trading whore stories at the 19th Hole. You voted for a fuckin’ dolt.

National security head Mcmaster was in the room and called it fake news. I am sure that will not matter to the leftards. Imagine if the press had been half as diligent in reporting on things like obummercare.

TraderC: you are a classic example of why Washpo issues these fake news narratives. Enough simple minded people like you allow others to do their thinking for them and Washpo knows this.

Fortunately, there are still some people in the US who use their own brain rather than the fake news they are fed. You should probably stay away from TV news and fake-news newpapers.

Get a hobbie. Get in shape. Learn something new. Use your brain and stop relying on others to tell you what is “truth.”

My money is on the WP (and now a number of others).
If you have 2 different stories and one of them is the WH… bet on the other side.

Trump shared someone else’s intel with the Russians.
        That’s what was reported.

        Fly,
Are you saying this isn’t true?

      President “Loose Lips”? Come on.

Most can agree that the president if a rather ignorant and incurious buffoon, but the most dangerous thing going on is how easy it is for his opposition to buy into the Russian conspiracy theory.

      Think for yourself. Please!

In other fake news, Wa Po reported that the sky is blue and the grass is green. And Breitbart reported alternative facts that both the sky and the grass are orange, because they’re following TrDumpster. One of TrDumpsters staff said that Wa Po lied, keeping to his duties. The job duties of TrDumpster’s staff are always to lie to protect. him.

Not a crime but incredibly foolish:

The Post reports that the “information the president relayed had been provided by a U.S. partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government.” This is why Trump aides moved quickly to ensure that the information was “stricken from internal memos and for the full transcript to be limited to a small circle of recipients” in order to prevent further dissemination or leaks and to limit the damage from the disclosure.

Please tell me where in the article it claims he broke the law?
The outrage isnt about a law being broken, it’s about sharing another country’s intel. Which you aren’t supposed to do.

Now, was Trump ignorant or a Russian hack?
        Place yer bets.

Wapo has clearly been a platform for some disinformation stories to be placed, over the last 6-8 months or so. Some were fairly obvious, which means normal ones have a potential. Frog’s psychology shows heavy denial to a displeasing situation, in which roles and facts are reversed.

Sources inside WashPo confirm that Greg Miller is a serial goat fucker. My sources tell me he developed an affinity for the four legged beast while being raised on a farm in rural Idaho and his only escape from being a virgin was to befriend the gentle creatures. Other sources have said he wrote the best selling animal sex guide, “Kama Sutra, Goats Vol. 2” based on his international travels and escapades. My sources sources also can testify as they are first hand witness, to his virility and tenacity while in the sack.

That is what I was thinking.

Then again, from what I have seen so far with this administration, they don’t appear competent enough to run a kids birthday party at Chuck-E-Cheez, let alone a leak check through the NSA / CIA / WAPO.

Oh shit, weak minded people are going apeshit over nothing. This is manufactured news designed to direct people’s attention away from tax reform and healthcare, and channeling your attention on precisely what they want you to focus on—destroying Trump.

The mainstream media in particular leads us along day after day, focusing and refocusing our attention in ways that deliberately manipulate public opinion.

The most recent episode is now the supposed leaking of “top secret information” by Trump to the Russians. Before that, it was the firing of former FBI Director James Comey.

The MSM and the Internets erupted with verbal diarrhea after the news broke; and countless hours will be wasted reading, writing, and talking about this.

….until the next story comes along.

    Seriously– who cares?

The President has the discretion to declassify information. So, worst case, depending on the seriousness of the information, he used bad judgment. But realistically, three other high level officials including the Sec of State said there was nothing wrong done. Nothing “leaked”. So where’s the story? Do we need an independent investigation now?

But the shills would rather promote the belief of the unconfirmed sources because it fits the “destroy Trump” narrative.

The depth of this coverage will, like other fake news, draw our focus away from other issues that are far more important, and redirects the attention to some trivial bullshit that’s nothing more than a clever distraction.

    It’s manipulation, plain and simple.

The MSM is pushing you to a conclusion, opinion, or decision that THEY want, not one that you’ve reached on your own through objective data, sound reason and a healthy dose of skepticism.

This fake /nothing news reporting happens across media, politics and even,….finance and investing.
