the markets appear as if they are going to retrace 100% of the Trump rally. The realization has set in that the promises he ran on are going to take a lot longer than the market thought to get implemented. tax reform and infrastructure – the market was pricing in this juice.
longer term the markets have unfinished business on the upside. Keep the powder dry and wait for the XLF for instance to get back to November 2016….. Gold has already made its way back to that time period. IWM should be the first to retrace100% of the Trumpalooza rally.
