I’m almost without words after reading Trump’s latest tweets. Like him or not, the leaks to the media have to stop. It’s both a national disgrace and risk. The NY Times should not be receiving sensitive information as soon as it leaves Trump’s desk.
But I guess we live in a country that glorifies snitches.

I think we have a situation like we’ve never seen before. The ‘permanent establishment’ in the FBI and CIA are both actively working to undermine the President. How is that not treason?

So, let me understand your logic, Fly: Trump has conversations dealing with national security in public places (Mar-a-Lago) and you are concerned with leaks from the FBI? Perhaps if Mr Trump took national security seriously the NS community would respond in-kind.
Even if you are correct, which you are not, about the Mar-a-lago incident, you think that justifies the FBI leaking sensitive information to the press?

I think it’s safe to say that the people at the FBI and CIA are smarter than Trump. The president is trying to undermine them, it started when Comey said Clinton did nothing wrong right before the election and pissed off Trump. The revolt is from the rank and file within. This presidency was doomed before it began – mark my words he won’t be president at Christmas.

Don’t remember reading your consternation about leaks in the Obama administration or those about the HRC FBI investigation to Skeletor Guiliani? I do remember reading that if the substance of the leak is true then who cares about the ethics or legality of the leak. All’s fair if the truth is revealed.. right? So now it’s OK for the White House, Nixon-style, to suppress FBI investigations into administration wrongdoings. There’s so much smoke on this Russian shit you better yell FIRE!!! The FBI should not be leaking American private, confidential or classified information, period. That’s the Kremlin’s job and by the way they still owe POTUS those 33,000 emails he requested.
