In an obvious jab at President Elect Trump, Janet Yellen said fiscal stimulus wasn’t needed in order to achieve full employment. That’s sort of a meangingless shit statement, designed to piss people off.
The point of having fiscal stimulus is to invest to create better paying jobs, instead of the shit at Walmart.
Here she is discussing how highly uncertain the economy is, while pointing to a nonsensical policy of 3 more rate hikes in 2017.

No fiscal stimulus will be needed is actually correct. She’s just playing from the old play book and has no idea what is about to happen. Manage trade and reduce deflation will be Trump-smart, I think the impact is being underestimated. That will be available late Jan 2017, not too far away….
