Last night the FBI did something truly unprecedented. They released their files on the Clinton investigation to the public. In other words, they are saying ‘we can’t prosecute her because the DOJ is corrupt, but you, the people, judge for yourselves.’ In the treasure trove of information is one very insightful detail.
HER FUCKING PRIVATE EMAIL SERVER WAS HACKED!
“FBI investigation to date was unable to identify the actor(s) responsible for this login or how (redacted) login credentials were compromised.”
In other words, all of the confidential documents that were emailed to and fro on that server, for the state, were accessed by a foreign party. This is a dereliction of duty of the highest order. The FBI is begging for you to deduce this for yourselves. Lucky for you morons, I’ve done it for you.

The reason she did not have propper IT security is cus she did not have IT personel that she could trust to have access to information proving she is a corrupt bitch.
Actually based on the screenshot above, only the email of the unspecified Bill Clinton staff member was accessed. Not everything on the server.
However, other sections of these FBI files show that Hillary’s emails were, at various times, in the Datto cloud, in a Gmail account, on a laptop and thumb drive that were reported lost, on mobile device reported lost, etc. So there were many ways her emails were vulnerable besides just a hack of her server.
hacked or not isn’t the question really. the illegality of it is, as well as her lying to congress, deleting them and covering it up — wikileaks/fbi have established INTENT = 20yrs.

You are correct that there is no need to prove it was hacked for her to have committed a crime. And despite what Obama and Clinton would like us to believe, there is also no need to prove intent to convict someone of mishandling classified info.
