Republicans are currently running almost 4% ahead of 2012 numbers for early voting in Florida. (when the state was virtually tied) This implies that the most recent set of polls showing Hillary ahead by 2-4% in the state are almost certainly wrong and showing a 6-8% skew in favor of Hillary.

Those numbers reflect party affiliation that he voter is registered as. That does not mean each Repub is Trump voter.

There is a pretty massive effort underway to ensure the integrity of this election. That effort may be able to be “contained,” but if even one solid video of one vote getting switched emerges, and then another, and another, Trump would be within reason to demand 100% paper ballots and citizen oversight of vote counts. If they can hide the vote swap from voter eyes, perhaps there will be at least one or two honest elections officials who will see what’s going on and blow the whistle.
