The mood in the overbuilt retail conglomerate I fix PCs for is already sour. I expect full-on panic by December, followed by possibly a pink slip…they’ve already cut our staff to the bone, but when the bean counter says “10% of your team has to go, jump” you only get to ask “how high?” before they throw you to the sharks.
