Germany Prosecutes Comedian at the Request of Turkey Over Satirical Poem

The fuck out of here. Germany and the entirety of the European Union is one giant fascist state. The Turkish President, Erdogan aka ISIS facilitator, made a request to the German government to prosecute one of their comedians who published a satirical poem about the fuckheaded Turkish President AND MERKEL GRANTED HIS REQUEST!

Can you believe this? This is the world we live in now. Maybe Edrogan will make a request to Obama to prosecute me for calling him a fuckhead now.

Merkel, the fascist slob, said: “We’re allowing this because we are confident of the strong justice system in our state.”

What wonderful doublespeak. Why not prosecute everyone for making negative remarks about foreign leaders, make them incur onerous legal fees and potential jail time, all for the sake of showing confidence in the fucking legal system?! It’s not like fear of prosecution will scare others into restricting their right to free speech, right Merkel?

Erdogan himself also filed a complaint with German prosecutors seeking legal action. Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus on Monday said the German comedian had committed a “heavy crime against humanity” by insulting the Turkish head of state. “No one has the right to insult” Erdogan, Kurtulmus told reporters.

This piece of human offal said the poem was a ‘heavy crime against humanity’ and that ‘no one has the right to insult’ his holiness. This is rich, very rich indeed, coming from a man who arms ISIS and funds ISIS, and facilities safe passage of new fighters for ISIS in Syria, so they can commit heinous, and very real crimes of barbarity against humanity.

Merkel to allow the proscecution is pathetic. Others don´t need to worry though. Merkel also said that the law that allows foreign officials to proscecute Germans for defamation will be erased from German Criminal Code.

Well, at least that part is good– that the law that allows foreign officials to prosecute Germans for defamation will be erased from German Criminal Code.

Since internet clips of the poem have been deleted here is a brief description: Boehmermann recited the poem, which suggested the president had sex with goats and that he also loved to “repress minorities, kick Kurds and beat Christians while watching child porn,” Deutsche Welle reports. (A thoughtful poet, Boehmermann included subtitles for Turkish viewers.)

Here’s another video song that also got the German ambassador called in for a dressing down by Erdogan only two weeks ago:

    He’s living in grand style,
    Big Boss from Bosporus.
A showy place with a thousand rooms,
Build without permit in a nature preserve.
Press freedom gives him a swollen neck,
That’s why he needs all those scarves.
When a journalist write a piece that Erodgan doesn’t like,
He quickly ends up in jail.
    He doesn’t think twice,
With teargas and water cannons he is riding through the night.
    Be nice to him,
Since he’s holding all the cards.
    Erdo-how, Erdo-who, Erdo-gaaan.
    The time is ripe,
    For his Great Ottoman Empire.
    Erdo-how, Erdo-who, Erdo-gaaan.
    Equal rights for women:
    Beaten up – equally.
    If election results are off,
    He’ll shake them into place.
    He loathes the Kurds,
    And much rather bombs them,
Than his brothers in faith over at ISIL.
    Hand him your money,
And he’ll build you a refugee tent.
    Erdo-how, Erdo-who, Erdo-gaaan.
His country is ripe for EU membership,
    He doesn’t care for democracy.
Erdogaaan, says goodbye and rides off into the sunset.

    You’re welcome.

I wonder why Merkel did this. Germany has a horrifying history from the Third Reich, of course. Some Germans have a neurotic reaction to it, where they bend over backwards way too far, to try to be tolerant of other cultures, ethnicities. Perhaps this comes from that. I wish them the best in getting over this neurosis and back to emotional health.

Merkel did it because she needs Turkey’s cooperation to take back Syrian refugees who she foolishly allowed to swamp the country. And because she has no principles.

        You are getting closer.

Turkey is pressing, because the Syria situation gives it some leverage.

        Merkel grants the request:
        –to show cooperation with Turkey

–expecting that the comedian will either not be charged after the inquiry, will be acquitted in trial, or will receive a token punishment

–to throw a dig back at Turkey on its own behavior
        http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-36055488
Before announcing that Boehmermann could be prosecuted, Mrs Merkel stressed her government expected Turkey to comply with EU democratic norms in the areas of free speech and judicial independence.

“In a state under the rule of law, it is not a matter for the government but rather for state prosecutors and courts to weigh personal rights issues and other concerns affecting press and artistic freedom,” she said.

–to make the case for finally getting rid of the archaic law
The chancellor added that her government would move to repeal the controversial and little-used Article 103 of the penal code, which concerns insults against foreign heads of state, by 2018.

The Syrian refugee crisis is creating lots of problems. The only things that are clear are that Assad, with Putin’s support, has slaughtered large numbers of his people, and then millions more fled for their lives to Europe. Half of all Syrians have been displaced from their homes because their towns and cities are being destroyed.

I don’t know how much help Merkel can expect from Turkey– or anyone– in this ridiculously complicated situation.

This “simple” chart of the war in Syria shows it’s actually mind-bogglingly complicated

The Turks think THIS is a crime against humanity?? Maybe they should look back oh let’s just say 100 years ago when they committed a genocide of over 1 million Armenians; they’re unbelievable yet unsurprising.

Selective memory at its finest. But then…you have the fact that killing Christians and other undesirables is not a crime in the Quran. Why would one confess or admit to a crime that is not deemed a crime in the first place?
Just all in a days work for the goat humpers over there, and here for that matter.

Have you ever seen the pictures of the young Christian women the Turks crucified back then? Hung up on a row of crosses?
The Islamists are a waste of skin. ISIS is nothing new in the Muslim world.

The Bible has a lot of violence in it too. Most Muslims never do anything violent. You can’t judge then all by the actions of their worst. Or if you do, then you also must judge Christians by the violence done during the Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition, the Salem Witch Trials, abortion clinic bombers etc.

There are 1.6 billion Muslims in the world. If they were all violent, then the whole world would be a bloodbath most of the time.
