Soros Dumps Truckloads of Cash into Hillary Campaign

Super asshole and legendary investor, G. Soros, is at it again, this time directing his minions of middle earth, fire breathing, heathens to succor the amiable Hillary campaign. To date, he has given her $13 million, more than the two previous presidential cycles combined.

Soros cites ‘anti-immigration and ‘anti-Muslim’ statements for his unbending support for the swollen faced and helmeted face Hillary R. Clinton.

“The intense anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim rhetoric that has been fueled by the Republican primary is deeply offensive,” Soros said in the statement. “There should be consequences for the outrageous statements and proposals that we’ve regularly heard from candidates Trump and Cruz.”

Soros, who is 85, is reportedly worth $25 billion and has some money to burn.

I enjoy when people lie directly to my face and that is why I am supporting Hillary Clinton for president.

Hillary is one of America’s most experienced pathological liars we have which makes her an excellent choice to run for office.

I love Hillary’s Star Trek outfits. Especially the silver Lame one, it makes her look like a roasting turkey.

Oh no, 13 million, that’s almost as much as the Koch brothers and friends group’s $889 million that they are giving to GOP candidates. Oh wait… no, it isn’t almost as much. It’s not even a drop in the bucket, comparatively speaking.

Interesting to hear the continued “Hillary is untrustworthy and a liar” narrative narrative 24/7/365 for the past 20 years. That kind and duration of bashing is how you know that the GOP Powers That Be are very threatened by her. And that means she is going to win. I prefer Bernie myself but will vote for her if she gets the Dem nomination.

People running for public office are going to get things wrong some of the time. Hillary has gotten things wrong far less than average. Politifact found that, of the statements they were asked to fact check of Trump’s, he lied 77% of the time. Cruz lied 66% of the time. Hillary got things wrong about 28% of the time, which is a better than average level of truth telling for a politician.

But Hillary is the one called untrustworthy 24/7/365. Why? Because the “new sources” that call her that are told to assume that she is untrustworthy and to work backwards to justify that assumption. They do their job well.

The same folks are told to assume that Obama is weak and then to work backwards to justify that assumption. Part of that job seems to be to “cradle Putin’s balls”, as Fly once termed it. Putin gets into Syria. That means he’s strong. He gets out of Syria (or at least says he is getting out). That still means he’s strong. Everything he does is interpreted as strength, for contrast. Everything Obama does is interpreted as weakness.

Such an easy job to do. Propaganda works.

    “Anti-immigrant?” We’re 5% of the world’s population and attract 20% of migrants.

No relation, but if I were related, I would be proud. If Bernie is not the Dem nominee, Hillary will be the least bad candidate in the race.

So you’re telling me Trump is banning immigration? Frog, I have not heard that yet. It seems you wish to put legal immigrants at a major disadvantage to the rouge midnight riders, which is surprising. You seem like a man who respects laws and people alike. Why do you wish to squash the kindly people who are doing their diligence to migrate here?

No, I never said Trump was banning immigration. I said he would like us to have fewer immigrants than we have now, which is certainly true.

I don’t want to squash legal immigrants. I’d like more opportunities for legal paths to citizenship than we have now. But I also don’t want to keep Mexicans from coming here to pick our fruits and vegetables. Few, if any, Americans want those jobs. I’d rather it be legal for them to come here. But if it is to remain illegal, well I’d rather have fruits and vegetables in the store available to be bought, than rotting on the vine.

The GOP needs illegal immigrants to keep coming, in order to get voters. If voters didn’t have illegal immigrants to hate, who would they hate? Their former employers who outsourced their jobs overseas? Not good for the GOP, because those corporations are their donors.

The GOP will never do anything to stop illegal immigration because it is their distraction from issues that would lose their voters. It would maybe even turn their voters Democrat if there were no longer any illegal immigration and yet the job market did not get better for Americans. Marco Rubio had put up a bill for a path to citizenship. He backed down from it quickly, for these very reasons.

The whole illegal immigrant story is just a distraction from other things that are happening.

How do illegal immigrants put legal immigrants at a disadvantage? That is a story I would like to hear. Is someone saying “Oh, no, I can’t go through the process to immigrate legally. This illegal immigrant from Mexico is stopping me from doing so– you know, the guy who is picking fruits and vegetables from dawn to dusk in the hot sun, in substandard working conditions, for shit wages, ands housed in substandard housing.”

I absolutely love how all of you people somehow think that if you’re a politician and not Hilary, you won’t be lied to. Foolish.

Fxtrader, yes, propaganda works and most folks here seem to believe it. Those folks apparently think “Of course, only Hillary lies, never other politicians” Because they listen to Right Wing radio & TV & read Right Wing web sites. Why else would these “news sources” bash Hillary as untrustworthy 24/7/365, if it were not true? The Right Wing news sources couldn’t possibly be lying themselves, could they?
