Aren’t you all pleased to see the sanctions lifted from Iran? Business is bristling in the ancient Persian state. They’re expecting GDP to grow by 8%. The Obama administration, aside from giving them our drone technology, has made it possible for them to purchase state of the art equipment and trade with the west for all sorts of goodies.
The good folks in Iran just announced a great success in its latest long range missile, this one capable and designed to hit Israel.
“The reason we designed our missiles with a range of 2,000 km is to be able to hit our enemy the Zionist regime from a safe distance,” Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh was quoted as saying by the ISNA agency. The nearest point in Iran is around 1,000 km from Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
Iranian agencies said the missiles tested on Wednesday were stamped with the words “Israel should be wiped from the pages of history” in Hebrew, though the inscription could not be seen on any photographs.
Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Yaalon told Israel Radio the tests showed Iran’s hostility had not changed since implementing a nuclear deal with world powers in January, despite President Hassan Rouhani’s overtures to the West.
“To my regret there are some in the West who are misled by the honeyed words of part of the Iranian leadership while the other part continues to procure equipment and weaponry, to arm terrorist groups,” Yaalon said.
How wonderful. We ought to sell them missile defense systems too.

Just because the Iranians are issuing threats for the purpose of looking tough to their own people, that doesn’t mean that the GOP doesn’t know a good scary war monger story when they see one– one more chance to claim that everything in the world is scary and that it’s all Obama’s fault.
Turn off the fear box– otherwise known as the TeeVee, people. Your life will be much more relaxed. But then you won’t be scared into voting for fear mongers and war mongers who have nothing to offer the nation. You might lose your tribal identity because of it. Not a big deal. Just find a different tribe that doesn’t quake in fear all the time while listening to and watching bs on the TeeVee.

Fantasy Donald. Since he has zero government experience, he can always claim that whatever is happening in politics, he would do it better.
