The good news is Exodus nailed yet another oversold signal, now registering an 84% win-rate over the past 36 months (seriously, I don’t know why I bother with you people). The bad news is I am losing money, nevertheless, because of stock specific circumstances.
When investing in stocks, you cannot escape horrific draw-downs due to news events. It’s part of the territory. It is the reason why I am +27% for the year and also why I am down by 1.7% today.

Explain again why you don’t just trade SPXU/L per the exodus os/ob algos? Your historical return would be better and at a fraction of the headaches caused by bad management teams (extra Dick)
There’s lots of evidence that signal based trading of indices underperforms buy and hold. Yes even exodus signals. You need to be a stock picker with a time machine or a passive investor. Anything in between makes you a piker like the reader class here .

IWM is not the overall market, but representative of the russell 2000. Moreover, it was never OS on our 12 month algos, only the 3 and 6.
To that end, nothing is 100%. It missed the oversold and the system will adjust to the new stress points. That is the very basis of the system.
Worst case scenario: you bought IWM and now are down 3% on it.

3) Exactly what measure are you using to support the “win” cited above? SPY is down 7/17 to today, as is QQQ and IWM.

Your interpretation means nothing! Just read the buy/sell posts a day after The Fly actually makes the trade. That’s why “he wins a lot.” He does have lots of readers/pikers/zombies here…
