I’m just reporting surface info here. The refinanced loan was:
-for just one shopping center, about 1/8th of total debt
-was refinanced for a lower amount ($74 mill vs $82 mill)
-was refinanced at a significantly higher rate (8.5% vs 6.85%)

was selling 2 days ago into the rally, bought back almost all the sold lots… (SSO,QLD)
Well, after selling FAZ for a huge gain yesterday (and missing everything today on it….fuck) I got long 10K shares of FAS at the close yesterday. Im already getting my teeth kicked in. Needless to say, I doubled down on FAS and bought another 10K shares at 2.43.
My avg cost is 2.68 (20k shares)
OUCH
I feel like GS knows something gonna happen this weekend.
Not a good sign.

Also, on the flip side, when they ban something for any stupid reason, once the municipalities go near bankrupt, they will remove the ban so they can allow businesses to sell it so they can receive the tax revenue.
Look at California, they are a hairs breath away from allowing marijuana to be legal across the state to tax it to receive the 4 billion they would receive on a tax if they did so annually……California Assembly Bill 390
So here is the bullshit fuckery hyprocrisy of it all.
Marijuana has been condemened by the government as a very bad substance for anyone to intake, and yet they have no problem with it if they can make money off of it by a tax on it, only when they are near bankruptcy and know they can make a quick buck on it……
