Not sure if you are a native Chi-townian, but that location is infamous in Chicago’s history. I only read about it recently when reading The Devil in the White City a non-fiction account of the 1893 Chicago’s World’s Fair (which was staged in the brand new Jackson Park), and this guy, America’s first serial killer.
