_______________________

This is one for the record books, and a day that changes things. I am expecting a short term bounce followed by another massive sell off. Get ready to reload your hedges and shorts. The futures are pointing higher, but we also have some economic data to thumb through in the morning. It should be another interesting day. See you in the battlefield.

Well done Moober:

The PPT Wins Again– Updated

Let this be a lesson, the next time The PPT flashes 3.0 six times in a row, get the fuck out of stocks. I sold out of my American International Group, Inc. [[AIG]] puts, but held on to [[TZA]] & [[VXX]] .

This very well could be another short-term bottom as The PPT score closed at 2.04. I would like to congratulate Yogi & Boo Boo for winning the contest today, you sir have an R.W. t-shirt coming your way. Indeud.

Market Homo Hammered

What a day! Would somebody please ring the bell already! Don’t say you did not see this coming. Fly & Scott have been warning you guys for weeks. The PPT Hybrid score was flashing a 3.0 reading everyday at the top. Sure it’s easy to say that in hindsight, but let this be a lesson of how powerful Fly’s brain is, aka The PPT.

In a bull market hedges come on at a 3.0 reading and you buy the blood at 2.20. This simple procedure has saved me countless of dollars in the market and has proved again to be effective. So will 2.20 win again?

Should be an interesting last hour. RW shirt going out tonight to winner of today’s contest.

Stay tuned..

Welcome To The New Trading Range

If 1,150 fails to hold today, you might as well greet 1,100 with open arms.

Here is an update on The PPT hybrid score, 2.34:

Not much has changed in today’s score, which is interesting. I guess we are destined to hit the 200 day moving average. Still room for caution if you are long.

Where We Are

Since Fly is gone today, I will continue to give you free data from The PPT, but don’t tell him, he hates it when I  give away free shit. The PPT Hybrid score is registering a score of 2.38, now remember we want to see a close in the low 2.20s before we begin to take our hedges off and add to our long positions.

Now from looking at the chart above, why would you buy equities here? We are right below the 50 day moving average (Bearish) and we are still not in the deep oversold reading yet (2.20). If we continue to chop here, it will take a while for the system to register a low 2.20 score. So what I would like to see in the near future is another deep sell off to leg back into to equities.

Now on to giving away more free shit. Whoever can guess the close today in the S&P will get a free R.W. uniform shirt. Just type in indeud.com, to bring you to our new iBC store.

And, for those that think you can act up today due to Fly’s absence, RW has a message for you:

Sell in May, Go Away

The theory sure holds true this year, I wish I would have done exactly that. But, I was perfectly happy watching [[VXX]] & [[TZA]] trade higher throughout the day.

Solar put a dent in my pocket, but I will continue to accumulate on dips, specifically Yingli Green Energy Hold. Co. Ltd. (ADR) [[YGE]] . I also should have sold my American International Group, Inc. [[AIG]] puts at the open, as I was up big, but after the mini melt-up I was only up a few coins– still holding.

The overall hybrid score closed at 2.33, which is why i sat on my hands for most of the day. I want to see a close in the low 2.20 to take off a few hedges and add to my favorite positions.

Fly’s bottom screen produced some scary results, PPT members click here, CAUTION!

You’re better off buying some iBC swag than fucking around with this market, indeud.
