What are your thoughts on SNDK. I just looked through their financials and they looked pretty fucked to me.
Cash flow down over 90%
17% debt/assets (not much better than Micron)
over $1B in debt is due in 2013, bonds trading at 39.50
-2.66 profit margin, one of the worse in the industry
$721M cash but $936M in contractual obligations due in less than 1 year and $2.3B due between 2-3 years
Inventory is a mess. Up 27% so far this year and accounts payable down 17% (read they are buying raw materials but have more product they haven’t sold). Inventory turn is 79 days vs 64 last year and inventory to cash is 106 days vs 100.
I can’t see them making it through 2009. What do you think?

RC – You are good people. Thx for all you do already, but I’d love to see a ‘video of stock setups’ Sun nite (you did it once/twice this year). During the trading day we can’t ask too much of you b/c you need to take care of your own bizness, so a Sun nite 5-8 minute glimpse of what you are eyeing would be great.
