Cramer has been wrong many times in the past year or so.
Believe it or not not, I’m still hopeful that a bill gets passed soon by Congress. It might not be the exact same bill that was voted on today, but I’d bet real money they’re working on a new compromise behind the scenes right now.
Of course if there any sort of rally once a bill is passed, I will be selling into it, walk away and thank my lucky stars.

SPX 1090 would be so perfect. It would be a 61.8% retracement. Nasdaq is sitting at 50%.
and he could severly under estimate the decline as well. Why go where it was BEFORE the housing and energy boom, when the momentum is taking it lower?
And CubsRock, with the no short selling rule, and the Vix as high as it is, there’s more noise, and I think I’d give the retracement/support area a lot more room.
