It’s fun to set one solar name against a shipping name, and see which one does worse… SOL vs TBSI, STP vs DRYS SPWR vs GLNG
or shipping vs financials
GNK vs LEH…
etc
I bet it would make a great Vegas event, odds set intra day, bets must be placed before noon… It wouldn’t happen because it would really screw with things. People would probably be able to find arbitrage pair trade if they acted quickly enough. Depending on how the odds are set, and institutions would screw with the odds by throwing money at or against something then bet on or against it at Vegas, and then they would flip directions heavily for their trade.
Still fun to think about.
