If it slips below 51 there’s a big volume pocket until about 46 on the 5 year. No concern? But I see the trendline support..

In OTM calls, a move down 2% and 92% costs the same. That’s 75% of their appeal (to me, anyway).

So does a person short AMZN in the small hole hoping for more hole?
if the goal is to get into a position before a move occurs, does it makes sense to chase a move after it occurs? Set up are set ups – if they don’t happen or you miss them, move on to the next one. One of my trading issues was when I would find a good set up and then miss the move. I would get frustrated, and then buy it anyway because I was right….being right and buying at the right time are not the same things. For Amazon, what happens if it pops back to 830? That would be a much better place to look at getting short than right here

Does it matter? The technical setup was there. It got me involved. Plus, M would never have been +12% at the high without the volume pocket overhead.
I don’t really care, I’ll happily take my 800% either way.

I grabbed some YTRA (competitor of MMYT just had reverse merger IPO). Been pissed about missing the MMYT trade, which I bought at $25 and got stopped out before it rose 50 fucking percent. Pricks.
I sent a tweet out to RampCapital an hour ago asking him to move XBI. it worked!! 😀

kamel – the AMZN comment was a joke/sarcasm. Notice the time of the post – around 6 AM when I get ready to see what might be good to play for the day. On the day – bought V calls off the open – sold about 15 minutes later for around 150 percent. Took CMG near money put in the morning when it was confirmed it was fading – sold for around 270 percent into the move down. Got next week FB puts on the print below 131.5 – look forward to getting some Z calls for earnings sometime before it reports Tuesday evening.
My sarcasm meter is broken. Good plays Friday. I watched the CMG action, but took no part.

OA, any thoughts on $WPRT? I am small lotto the the stock
I now have a sentiment FB friend – Bernie Sanders supporter – looking at the current financial situation, declared he transferred his 401K into an IRA and put it all in cash waiting for the coming crash/WWIII/plague that will wreak havoc. he stated he is very well informed and that the changes to the fiduciary standard will cause the same situation as the big short. He also stated he doesn’t care if he doesn’t get any returns as he can’t predict when the crash will come, but he knows it is coming. When he gets invested back in the market, I will be fearful.

I hate to say it but TLT certainly has “the look” at the moment. I had a few calls on as a hedge last week that are up quite a bit today.
Trimmed my long exposure by a fair margin this session. Keeping some of the biotech/healthcare names with intact setups, playing with the idea of IWM puts.
