Welcome back from the weekend. Nothing better than a 4 day stretch where the last thing on your mind is stocks.
I’m doing my best to find a rhythm here. My only thoughts here this morning is that I love that move in the Shanghai, I’d like to short Gold, and I just took a long in $GS with a tight mental stop here. The market spot isn’t much to get excited over though. Like most, I’d like this thing lower.
Still watching $BIDU, $TOUR, $TAN, $KITE, and $KATE.

Given up on short term trading until the action stops occurring in Europe with tight ranges during our trading days.
I have been short oil from SCO 82 with no hedge. Short natgas via DGAZ from 7.20. Looking to exit at 8.25. This is a hedge for a long term natgas position at 7.65.

I’d be shocked if the pain is over yet. No idea if we test the Brexit lows, but I see more downside.

I’m thinking today is a good day to buy energy names, but wondering if tomorrow will be a better day. Eyeing PGH, CHK, FCX, PBR, WTI.
Every time VTI hits 108 the market retreats. It has done this 3 times in a row so on the forth time, Friday, I sold several positions.
I will redeploy into small cap and burritos.
Sometimes simple works.
OA – I remember when you said last year that FCX under $10 was a buy and tell your kids about it type price. Just curious if you still feel that way as its down near that price again. I missed it at the bottom and am considering it for a longer term buy.

Picked up some FCX today, looking to add some more. I like the exposure to copper should it rebound.
