I’m in the Patch and >50 Bbl is profitable. At <50 the Bigs will cancel their service contracts and go into the pump and refine mode. Plenty of fat in there to cut and stay profitable. And they're ready this time, their cash reserves are enormous. Of special interest is Hess, which sold off their retail operations. I'm curious to see if this is a good move in a down market. I do know that Hess has a penchant for failing big. I'm licking my chops.
Yeah, I think it’ ironic that companies like Hess sold off downstream assets to concentrate on the “more profitable” upstream E&P stuff. I guess they (like everyone else) were assuming higher oil prices. Oops.

OA: The way you’ve traded TSLA this week has been a thing of beauty. It really makes me want to be more active trading options for quick pops with well-defined support and resistance as you’ve done. I was thinking of utilizing ITM weekly options for this endeavor to get a good R/R (3/1 minimum) set up since you would be stopped out of OTM options sometimes instantly.

Well said. I always pick long and short targets ahead of time. The it’s just a matter of sitting on my hands waiting for price action to signal. Being bias at my price levels as lead to some great trades.

It appears to really be Dairy Queen’s PR firm since they have Dairy Queen articles on their site. But this still reinforces the tendency to not bother to do any sort of sanity check on a link or an address to be sure you’re dealing with the business you expect.

The DOW futures contract has only printed 1 red bar (candle) in the last 16 days and has gone up 1800 points in 4 weeks. That’s nuts.
The NQ has gone up 525 pts in the 4 weeks (21 trading days). Blows your mind when think about it. Certainly an usually market to say the least.
Anybody who wants a turkey and Santa rally needs to see some give back over the next week or it gets less likely we rally into the New Year IMO.
