OA- Questioning your process here (no pun intended). Given the pop in VPCO would that be a sufficient representative indicator that now its time to focus on fundamentally poor stocks under 10 with consolidation patterns? Gambling maybe?
So, if you look around you, most stocks are extended, yes? This is where they consolidate. Traders start to climb the risk ladder and go with less quality stocks.

understood. When you say extended I am seeing a bunch of stocks who got obliterated and have climbed to resistance levels illustrating broken charts. eg: vjet, yelp, tsla, gsk, fb etc. All have similar patterns. would it make sense to play for resistance breakout?
or maybe they are a bull trap as people might be looking to get back in at lower prices and that is why cheap stocks/fundamentally broken ones are the next swing plays. Is that your thinking?
