But, I trade too much as it is and school gets put on the backburner a bit. Once school is done, I’ll be here getting my fix from you (; OK, my question: I have made money on some big moves recently $GPRO $VEEV $FEYE $JCP via options. But that doesn’t matter. When do you take profits? I got balls but risk mgmt is essential as you know. I understand this is an art just as much science (if not more). Any suggestions? Trading since 2010, started options this year (Please assume I understand how they work mathematically: IV, skew, greeks, BS, etc). Intuition helps me a lot. But when do you say as OA, okay I am done. I am out? Or when u kill a move like X… do you say, okay 30% comes off the table? I have been doing 40% loss cut it, unless I get that feeling like I did Friday in which case I tripled down on AAPL. Like you, I can afford to take on risk confidently, if and only if explosive gains are paying down losses with ease. So far this is working really well actually. 65% cash. I know that was long hah. You know, one of the best things we do in AHWOA is set targets on trades. If you study a chart, you’ll know where it’s going…and eventually where to sell.
Will work on studying price points for exits. Basically, I need to learn from the master. Keep killing it, see you spring 2015. TY

You called ” Market Bottom ” . I am not sure about this. Looks like we are at neutral position.I looked at several indicators , including NYMO .. In the short term looks like swing can happen any side. Fed meeting and Geo political play a major role. If there are no surprises from either this week we are looking up side. I think every body at the similar position.
I think this guy’s on to something. Do you have a subscription service that I could buy into, or a blog at least? I definitely agree with your short-term predictions. I really feel that, especially after consulting the FCUK indicator, that the market could go up possibly within just a few days, otherwise it’ll go sideways or even down if the bears win. Actually depending on Putin it could even go down before it goes up again. Anyone else? I am calling “Market Position”
Good news guys. I just checked my GOOGL indicator and it turns out the Bears lost 20-23 today to the “Bills” (looks like some intern screwed up spelling Bulls), so we’ll be seeing an upside swing tomorrow, there is no other alternative. Hoorah!
