Well if you think the uptick on LNKD is up and can find an entry, yesterday’s YOLO peaked this morning at double, before sliding down. I think the stock has “up” velocity – YMMV

Also, if you can get into PXD below 184 (it typically pulls back in the afternoon), there is probably a good 1 to 2 point pop in it for Friday – caution though – it peaks early, so get your sells in the night before…

Actually, I really can’t complain (much) about APOL – it’s trading @ .29, my basis is .33, so for all the moaning, the options have held up well.

Actually I think my nym is more associated with PXD than APOL. I just moan more about APOL (and JASO, while we’re thinking about it).
@lan, what’s your target for Dec APOL calls
IIRC, there was a volume pocket above 28 to 30ish. However this stock has been so squirrely that my initial target is 28. My trade plan is as follows:
1. Sell half trigger on quote @ 27.50
2. Sell order other half above 28 with TIGHT trailing stops (like .10 or .15).
I expect a 1-2 day jump to get to 28, but am also wary of this one, having gotten stuck last time with a “pop and drop” (earnings play) from which I never recovered. Fortunately I made about a grand on the initial pop.

not holding znga, but i’d call for support at 3.75 if $4 does’t hold. Hopefully from there, you can play a bounce up for a new higher high…if not, get out, or you’ll bleed further to $3.5, and then you’ll just be wishing you got out right away.

ARWR target $18, but will book here on weaness (lower high, lower low)

you know what’s amazing about today’s action? market down but the strong pockets up all solidly. That’s what they do, they pull the market down, buy up the stuff they want, and let you chase it when you’re ready to buy after the market “stabilizes.”
