Missed a fill on $TEAR this morning. At what point are you chasing a stock? TEARdefinitely has some room to run to its 52 week high but today’s move is a big break from its consolidation.

OA, with the lotto’s, is your intent all or nothing with the premium? You paid 1.18, but if the stock doesn’t do anything the rest of the day today, do you plan on selling it for a loss or let it ride into Friday with the intent of letting it expire if it doesn’t move? I would guess that selling at a 50% loss doesn’t apply to lotto’s. Is my thinking correct? After re-reading my comment, is sounds pretty stupid and shows my inexperience. Thanks for the insight.
I position size to lose it all, but take it off when I see it wont work and salvage some capital.
Pocket all the way up to almost $245, so I would look to lock in gains on the way up and completely cash in as it nears $245…or be prepared to salvage capital if it doesn’t look to be working. That’s my plan, but I’m open to learning about how you may plan your targets.
I did WLT AugWk5 13.5 at 0.08 this AM. So far so good.

I think the answer you’re looking for is you took the trade, what was your plan entering the trade? If you didn’t have a plan, then that may be a good lesson learned.
