What did he buy Jun calls?
When you have a spare moment I
would like your take on in the money calls .
As an example I bought the June 10
IMMR calls today ( I’m the lone trader ) . I like Fly’s story and the seaonality with the 10% moves in Mar., June , Sept . and Dec.
The out of the money calls are just too expensive and worse case scenario I will excercise .
Not very macho , but this strategy has served me well . Your take ?
OSU, just curious, why didn’t you play the 12.50’s? Both in the money and both are mostly intrinsic value (minus about .20 of the premium for the 12.50’s). Could have gotten much more bang for the buck if you are confident in the move.
Good point and I think the market , which it shouldn’t , had me a little gun shy .

Nothing wrong with this at all. Like Woj mentioned, even the 12.50s are better than buying the stock outright, and if it still looks good outside of June…exercise.

sorry oa,every time i see that ticker i cringe. very bad memories going back to their ipo.surprised by it’s price though.i would think that with the advent of cable tee vee for the chinese,stv shouldnt be the price that it’s at.
I go into this trade assuming there is no real company, no real price, or no real cable tv.
