Asia closed mostly to the upside, but the Nikkei failed to join the rally. Europe is being led higher by GreekĀ parliamentĀ reform, the ECB’s stated willingness to work with Greece, lower yields in Italy and Spain, and of course the world waits on the clam tomorrow.
