According to sovereign bond yields, risk has been transferred from private banks to everyone else at little cost to the banks.
wtf? who is everyone else? the banks are ghost towns. there are no banks left just shells. you must mean governments have taken over themselves debt wise. so everyone else is everyone who works on the gov dole.
