POLICE STATE: Indefinite detention bill passes in Senate

Exactly 220 years to the date after the Bill of Rights was ratified, the US Senate today voted 86 to 13 in favor of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, allowing the indefinite detention and torture of Americans.

After a back-and-forth in recent days between both the Senate and House yielded intense criticism from Americans attempting to hold onto their Constitutional rights, NDAA FY2012 is now on its way to the White House, where yesterday the Obama administration revealed that the president would not veto the legislation, cancelling out a warning he offered less than a month earlier.

Obama has finally brought about change to America, but it’s nothing to be hopeful about.

Since the definition of a “terrorist” is ambiguous, this law will give central bankers the right to open kill anyone they want, for any reason. I can’t wait to see this be put into action on civilian Americans who challenge the central bankers in thoughts and words.

When Americans vote for CFR member presidential candidates, they get what they deserve. Idiot DNA needs to be removed from the species, IMO. I hope the central bankers can better accommodate this process now.

Btw, the comparison to british colonialism is apt considering they used to have Administrative Detention laws in their mandates/colonies – you could be held indefinitely without trial and without charge, and without evidence linking to any crime.

In fact, this law is still on the books in Israel since the lazy labor socialist founders made the system there an amalgam of turkish and british law based on the law systems before their arrival. As a hint at what is coming to you in America, the Israeli govt indeed has used this law to hold Arab terror suspects and people believed to be involved in ongoing terror plots for urgent situations when other legal options were not available to the authorities. However, in recent years especially, it has been used to basically kidnap rightwing settler Jews for no other reason than the govt despises their political views and tries to get false confessions out of them or at least hold them for a short time with some mild torture thrown in, to intimidate them and their communities and families. A lot of times it is even teenage kids from these settlements. The Israeli govt also use the Shabak to try to entrap such people. There are many examples, but one recent example is Chaim Pearlman if you want to look up that case. So, in summation, get ready for it.

A citizen today, even before this new NDAA, could still be detained for a very long time without access to a judge, lawyer, etc, simply because he was accused of associating with terrorists. This new bill just allows our military to detain a citizen. The war for your mind began when you entered public school, the war for your wallet began in 1913, and the war for your body began in 2001.
