The guy in white/hat stumbles and the two men exchange words. The guy in red looks like he’s being an ass. The guy in white leaves and comes back for a woman. He grabs her hand and is exiting the area when the guy in red sees him and tackles him.
Analysis: Guy in red is having control issues; the guy in white was leaving the area.
