As far as I can tell, they went to rob this guy of some motorbikes he either owned or was selling as a vendor. No dialogue in the video actually confirms the case, but the guy wanted his property back.
He lets him know that he wants to know the location of his accomplices (who apparently were successful in their theft) and he lets him know that he’s a thief and that people get killed here for stealing. He tells him that he should get beaten to death. He definitely makes the threat.”
