Wash,D.C. is challenging gov’t take that online poker is illegal with their own online poker game. Also, many of the other poker sites that left the US in 2006 (some even paid fines) could come back into the US market along with any proposed casino sites. Any legalization would be a short term return to the golden age of poker, and most players would be playing around the clock again.
