Kyodo is reporting radiation levels at Fukushima, reactor #4, has been measured at 400x the “legal limit.”
Perhaps the cat fuckers at the Hague will issue warrants for their arrests shortly, as they are clearly in violation of international law.

What I am gathering from the Live Blog on the Financial Times is that there was a hydrogen explosion in the #4 reactor building. The reactor was shut down but they were storing spent (hence radioactively dirty) fuel rods in the building. Hydrogen evolved from the spent rods caused the explosion and subsequent fire. So in other words they had the equivalent of a dirty bomb go off. Other indications are that this explosion may have damaged containment of the #2.
I’ll state the obvious – this is out of control.
