Nostalgic Veteran’s Day Action of Bull Markets Past

Quite a slow day overall with the major averages. However, individual price action saw some bright spots as “rotation” remains the trendy theme for this bull market. I have been looking to play a few of those themes inside 12631, without becoming complacent that these rotations must play out true to form, especially with the financials, brokerages, insurers, and some industrial/materials plays–Recall the many teases we saw with the semiconductors over the summer.

The bond market was rather weak today, with I believe only electronic trading available. 3D printing plays like DDD SSYS XONE are catching a strong squeeze higher, while shorts in even the likes of ARNA are on the run.

All in all, some leaders from earlier in the year like FB LNKD and some biotechs are taking a backseat to the prospect of a changing of the guard.
