Obama Administration Passing Rules and Regulations Faster Than Hillary Deleted Emails

No wonder the economy can’t grow by more than 2%. These cucks in the Obama administration have weaponized the EPA and other agencies to the point that they’re now foaming from the mouth — racing to place onerous restrictions on the economy. It’s astounding, really, the whole scope of their wanton and craven power hungry depravity.

At federal agencies across Washington, regulators are rushing to finalize rules before President Barack Obama leaves the White House.
Where the administration has issued an average of 2.2 rules per day this year, 10 were pushed out the door on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to a count by the American Action Forum.

“We’re running — not walking — through the finish line of President Obama’s presidency,” U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy said to agency staff in a post-election e-mail.

The Federal Register, the dense tome where the government publishes new agency rules, swelled to 1,465 pages on Friday — the thickest volume yet this year. Since the Nov. 8 election of Donald Trump, who has vowed to fight “radical regulations,” the White House has finished reviews of nine economically significant rules — compared to eight during all of September.

Recent entries in the Federal Register include an Interior Department rule cracking down on methane emissions from oil wells and measures aiming to help highly skilled immigrant workers get green cards. On the horizon: a stream protection rule for coal mining, limits on the use of hydrofluorocarbons, new leak detection requirements for oil wells and quotas for boosting biofuel use in gasoline.

They just cannot help themselves, fucking the coal miner up until the very last day — in spite of the fact that Trump said he would repeal many of their regulations.

Even after new rules are published in the Federal Register, there’s typically a 60-day lag before they go into effect. And while Trump can work in concert with Republicans on Capitol Hill to swiftly repeal rules imposed since late May — and employ a time-consuming administrative process to rewrite older measures — it’s much easier to spike those that haven’t yet gone into effect.

“That ability to put on hold and essentially withdraw rules by the previous administration is much, much more efficient than repealing rules,” said Amit Narang, regulatory policy advocate for Public Citizen’s Congress Watch. “Of course, that’s why it is so critical, because once you have a rule on the books, it’s harder to undo.”

In other words, the Obama administration, at this point, have taken on the mantle of being annoying dicks — a Kafka styled spider web of rules and regulations, under mountains of legalese paperwork designed to tie up the Trump administration in monotonous clerical work. They know what Trump wants to do and they’re purposely making it difficult for his vision for the country to manifest, one that was approved by the voters who elected him on November the 8th.

Environmentalists are embracing that calculus and lobbying the Obama administration to go big and bold by creating national monuments and imposing new air rules.

“We’ve told the White House and Interior Department on everything — whether it’s offshore drilling or national monuments — to be as ambitious as possible.” said Athan Manuel, director of lands protection for the Sierra Club. “Whatever they do, we’re going to have to depend it no matter what they propose, so we might as well ask for the moon.”

What the fuck is wrong with these people?

Actual Fact: Companies that Curse During Conference Calls Outperform All Others

I’ve always known this to be true, as a general rule of thumb. People who are free and open to express themselves with whatever fucking language available to them, especially words of a more profane quality, tend to kick the asses of all others. Now bear in mind, there are plenty of abject losers who curse and sound like idiots — mainly because they lack the certain eloquent panache necessary to make using forbidden words effective. In short, these people are morons and are easily identified inside of 2 minutes flat.

Generally, I don’t trust people who don’t curse. I am uncomfortable around these people and find them to be dullards.

Alas, CNBC did a scientific study, delving into over 100,000 conference calls and have concluded that CEOs who curse more often than others, during conference calls, outperform by 40% over the past decade.

Eat shit, haters.

“The Fly” is a renaissance man of fucking quality.

Sovereign Bonds Yields, Dollars, Break Out to the Upside; CRB Index is Flat

The marker is retarded. How in the world is this positive for economic growth? The 10yr bond is now 2.33%, up from 1.75% — based upon a theory of inflation. Hell fucking oh, show me the inflation.

yields

If there was real inflation, wouldn’t we see it in the CRB index? Of course we would. Now look at the chart. Do it now.

crb

Lastly, we have the dollar index ripping higher by another 0.3% today — 15 year highs. How in the actual fuck is this good for XYZ corp exporting widgets overseas?

dollar

The market doesn’t know it yet, but this is all very CALAMITOUS for the economy. Are you familiar with the economy? That’s the thing the market used to be based off of, before the era of Central Bank fuckery of the first magnitude.

Exodus Nailed the Top in the Shippers

Pardon me as I extoll the virtues of Exodus on a slow Friday afternoon. After all, if I don’t do it, no one else will. I want to show you one of my favorite tools in the platform, which is the sector oscillator — which is a market timing mechanism designed to provide visuals of how oversold or overbought a sector is, using our algorithms. It’s worth noting, the chart I am about to show doesn’t only include technicals, but also fundamentals — which is hugely important especially during large market moves. When something goes up to much, fundies sink and vice versa.

Take a look at how the oscillator red flagged the shippers, to the exact day prior to a calamitous decline.

shippers

Now if you were long the sector or thinking about owning it due to the momentum, would this chart give you pause if you saw it? Damn right it would. We do this for over 200 individual sectors — using the same algorithms that has produced a win rate for timing market bottoms at an amazing 79% clip since 2009.

NOTE: We’re doing a live demo for the software now.

Senator Sessions to be Next Attorney General of the United States; Will Hillary Clinton Be Going to Jail?

She’s lucky Rudy Giuliani wasn’t picked. Sessions is part of the good old boys club in the Senate and has made tempered remarks regarding the email scandal. Frankly, I see this going either way — wit’s regards to Hillary being tried and convicted for the great many crimes she’s committed against the American people.

Bear in mind, now is not a time for healing. There’s a swamp in Washington and it’s imperative that we drain it.

Here are some of Senator Sessions recent comments, regarding Clinton and the emails.

“I really don’t see how Congress can issue a subpoena for records and they then destroy those records,” he said.

“I am telling you that every business knows that if they get a subpoena for business records, and they destroy those records, they are subject to criminal prosecution and will be prosecuted,” Sessions said. “That’s a high prosecution case.”

Senator Sessions says he’s troubled, as a former prosecutor, noting, “If you’re innocent and you don’t have anything to hide, why don’t you come forward and cooperate and help bring this to a prompt conclusion? So it does appear the criminal investigation remains ongoing and the security review has been highly critical of her performance.

Indeed.

Donald Trump Announces Ford Will Keep Plant in Kentucky and Ditch Plans to Move Jobs to Mexico

America is becoming great again, whether you like it or not.

Listen to me. This is a huge win. Couple this with the fact that Apple is exploring ways to move their suicide factory from China to America, and it appears Trump is beginning to punch off the faces of globalist scum.

And here’s Fortune, just two days ago, looking like complete jackasses for running a story saying that $F was still moving the plant to Mexico –whether Trump liked it or not.

UPDATE: The jackasses from Fortune weren’t talking about the KY plant, but in fact the Michigan one. I am now, inexorably, fake news.

UPDATE II: There’s some fake news being circulated by the leftist lunatics at Washpo suggesting the plant was never moving in the first place. In a statement to Bloomberg, Ford confirmed exactly what Trump tweeted.

“We are encouraged that President-elect Trump and the new Congress will pursue policies that will improve U.S. competitiveness and make it possible to keep production of this vehicle here in the U.S.,” the automaker said in an e-mailed statement.

The Fake News Narrative Being Shopped Around by the Left is Merely an Excuse for Censorship

I find it rich that the mainstream media, who’ve been publishing horseshit articles and airing government sponsored propaganda for decades, now take issue with alleged ‘fake news’ sites and have lobbied both Twitter and Google to take punitive action against them. The problem with labeling a site as ‘fake’ is the fact that a human being would have to be the one to make the label. If we start to censor websites based upon the accuracy of their reporting, then free speech will be eliminated in one fell swoop from the internet.

Who would make such a determination? It would equate to a witch hunt with both left and right wing idealogues gunning after one another — aiming to destroy each other.

Here’s Obama bitching about fake news, perhaps laying the groundwork for some sort of government oversight idea.

Here’s Paul Joseph Watson completely destroying the narrative.

Bear in mind, the media has lost all credibility. They cannot compete with independent news sites that aren’t beholden to politicians and corporate interests. Therefore, the only logical thing to do, instead of making their organizations great again, is to work towards censoring and/or removing ‘fake news’ sites from the internet.

U.S. Bond Yields Continue to Blow Out; Chinese Yuan Declines for the 11th Consecutive Day

Yes! This is all very good to see. The cost to service our $20 trillion debt load has been soaring since election night, and the markets love it. More than that, the U.S. dollar index hasn’t been this high in decades — yet I seem to be the only crazy person reminding people that a stronger dollar is a bad thing for the economy,

2yr
U.S. 2yr yield, fucking soaring

dollar
Dollar index, fresh new highs!

Lastly, the Chinese have decided to rig their currency more than ever. The PBOC has priced their currency lower for the 11th consecutive day.

Nothing to see here

As you were.

Apparently, What This Market Needed All Along Was Sharply Higher Rates

In less than two weeks time, the US 10yr bond has gone from the very austere 1.75% to 2.29% — routing any and all bond bulls. I should know, being long a considerable amount of $TLT

us10

Isn’t that pretty?

The consequence of this, at least for now, has been a rip roaring stock market — supported by  a very strong dollar.

dollar

In the mortgage market, yields have shot higher in kind. I bet all of those home buyers are fucking loving this shit now.

rates

While the Trumpification of the economy has been the alleged excuse for all of this splendor, the price of WTI, one of the key barometers of global growth, has traded lower.

wti

I am talking to you with pictures, like idiot 3 year old children.

Stocks have risen like Jesus Christ out of the crypt — bestowing gifts of wine and bread to all of his disciples who were loitering outside for his arrival.

market

Opinions aside and cynicism at bay, it appears the market wanted higher rates all along. For years we’ve been fucked in a shoebox of low and negative yields. Lo and behold, the cat got loose, rates skyrocketed, and stocks followed suit. The only thing to consider, if I may play devil’s advocate here, is that inflation hasn’t proven to be hot yet. If these higher rates and soaring stock values do not result in actual inflation, other than the runaway varietal in the upper 1% of income earners, then what exactly did we accomplish here? We might find ourselves with a dreadful economy, with very elevated stock prices, and tight credit conditions.

Sounds like 2007 to me.
