Wow, my first reaction to this was ‘super asshole.’But then I thought about it for a few seconds, whilst chewing on a snack, and said ‘all right.’ Fuck Netflix and the price hikes they so fervently depend on. If you recall, it was House of Cards that bailed them out in 2011, the last time they pulled this shit. Now that there isn’t another blockbuster show to bail them out, we can only hope the company ends up in a tinder box–on its way towards eventual insolvency.

what pisses my off is “buying” a movie from Amazon and not being able to download total bs
Never bought a movie from Amazon. But that would be BS. How is that? I can download Prime movies to a device. I had no luck with Apple.
I rent movies from Amazon and download them for trips all the time?
Hmmm – I’ve only “bought” once, maybe it was a one-off. You get a digital file?
You can “buy/rent” it on Amazon.com and then download it on the Amazon Video app on your iOS device.
Or they want to get the shorts in.. and then BAM .. announce another season.
