Well, I did predict that the Annual iBC Meeting would be a blast…and it was. Unbelievable, really. Truly, the Blogfather and First Lady of iBC were extremely gracious hosts and Fly was a very Distinguished Gentleman. While it is always something to watch the Fly grace the filthy streets of NYC in his 800 thread count white robe, meeting Chuck Bennett was unreal. The guy really knows how to have a good time. Ragin’ Cajun and his beautiful wife helped me represent The South. Believe me, we did represent well! Mr. Jake Gint and his lovely wife were a real pleasure to talk with over dinner, but alas, knowing that he would be challenged to a “ghetto workout routine,” he opted to leave the city rather early, in my opinion. Jeremy, as you all know is a talented techie/coder. But his real talent is workin’ the ladies. Enough said on that… And finally, speaking with the mysterious one they call Cronkite was fantastic.
Since my little summary of the night can’t do it true justice, just trust me, it was everything you can imagine, AND MORE.
Anyway, back to business.
Last week I also predicted that the SPY would likely fill in the gap left from its catapult above the 200 day moving average, and I also mentioned that a pullback to the 200 day would be a good place to pick up long exposure. Check, and check.
It looks like thus far, the bulls are going to defend the 200 day average, just as I suspected they would. Note that volume swelled on Friday- which I always like to see on a reversal day. The bulls appear to have the bears on the ropes…

Yes, he was. In fact, he took me by Katz’s Deli, where I got a fat Pastrami sandwich, and then dropped me off at the hotel. A very worldly gentleman, indeud.
