Headed to Death Valley

I’m on my way to LSU Tiger County to root for the Cajuns, wish me luck!

This is what you want to look for when looking for a low risk setup.

Notice the pullback after the breakout right down to support, you also have a bunch of moving averages beneath you for added support. I like DryShips Inc. [[DRYS]] here, with a stop right below the 200 day moving average @ $6.98.

Above $5 [[DCTH]] can fly! Based on premarket action, I say this one has a good shot to breakout.

I will look to buy this one with a breakout above its upper trendline.The stock closed near the high of the day (HOD) after a beautiful bounce off the 50 day, I’m a buyer on strength.

I’ve been noting in The PPT to watch this flag pattern, this communication stock can run. For those that got in, this is my near term target, I will see how it reacts when it reaches that level to decide what to do.

When I see stocks like International Business Machines Corp. [[IBM]] , it makes me wonder if there is actually a second leg to this thing. It seems like everyone is calling for a pullback. Even, Ragin’, the biggest bull of them all is starting to be cautious. Could we see a run straight to 10,000?

If we do have another leg to this train, Intel Corporation [[INTC]] may be worth a look here. The stock is near its 20 day moving average, I like buying it here with a stop below the 20:
