Bill Ackman speaks about land development at Sohn Conference, pushing his beloved, $HHC, Howard Hughes Corporation. The stock is currently spiking higher to the tune of 4% on Ackman’s comments. It appears Bill is playing it safe and going back to his real estate roots.
