2016 Stock Of The Year

With 2016 winding down, it’s time for an update to our 9th annual stock of the year contest. It looks like Mr. Montrachet is going to win this year with his pick in $CWEI. The stock is up over 300% this year alone, well done sir. But, the year is not over. Legacy iBankCoin member Mr. DJMarcus is right behind with his pick in $PAGP, he needs oil to collapse right here, right now. Here is the leader board:

    just for fun…what would the YTD return % be on the entire portfolio of pick submissions?

      Eliminating duplicate picks, the YTD return is 1.94%. Assuming $100 per pick that’s $9900 and a profit of $192.08. lol

    GENC did a split that isn’t accounted for here, so it was a bit over a 100% gain on the year but it certainly won’t compete with CWEI.
