Thanks for the charts and ideas. Curious, low priced stocks are the main exhibits – do you have theory behind selecting sub-five’s?
no theory, I just look for setups, tight consolidations. These fit my criteria.
RC,
Have you checked out Jamba (JMBA) lately? The cfo presented at the TAG Consumer Conference in NYC this weds. Here are her closing remarks “we feel that at this point of our journey we are at that inflection point where we are set up for total success for the organization going forward. we’ve got growth initiatives which are starting to take off, we analogize it like a rocket. weve also got our core store business that continues to throw off cash and we’ve committed to 20 percent 4 wall margins on our business. so this virtuous cycle is just starting to take-off as i use my rocket analogy, so we feel very comfortable that jamba is set up for success going forward. with respect to company sss guidance we will deliver sss of 4 to 6 percent, and for those of you who listened to our year-end call we indicated that we were slightly positive in the first quarter and that continues to be the case and that’s on top of a 12.7 percent sss increase from the year ago same quarter.”
It’s a sub 5 dollar turnaround play in a hot sector.
Thanks for your blog.

love the JMBA
nice looking chart, both daily & weekly, for $JMBA. The volume pickup (since the start of 2013) is quite visible on the weekly.
