After a few maneuvers this morning, here are my current postions in my trading account:
- [[SKF]] – Short Financials
- Chesapeake Energy Corporation [[CHK]] – Long Oil & Gas
- Research In Motion Limited (USA) [[RIMM]] – new product cycle rolling out
- Celgene Corporation [[CELG]] – Exposure to Biotech (IMO, Best of Breed)
As for my long term account:
- Google Inc. [[GOOG]]
- Yahoo! Inc. [[YHOO]]
- Apple Inc. [[AAPL]]
- Gushan Environmental Energy Limited [[GU]]
- Visa Inc. [[V]]
- Holly Corporation [[HOC]]
- Dr Pepper Snapple Group Inc. [[DPS]]
- E TRADE Financial Corporation [[ETFC]] – Been buying lately
- NVIDIA Corporation [[NVDA]] – Been building a position since major drop
- Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. [[FCX]]
I like it.
NVDA is probably a good long term hold. However, they will miss earnings again.
ETFC is nuts.
GOOG is okay. Maybe OMTR or VCLK may run into this olympics bonanza?
YHOO is bad.
GU is dice
DPS is great.
FCX is gold, pun intended.
AAPL is okay.
SKF is money.
RIMM is good.
CHK offers low risk/reward here.
And, CELG is an ‘unrisky’ play.
Just bought more CHK @ 45.88
Fly,
I like YHOO a lot at this level, you should look into it.
Note: RIMM wants that gap.
No way. YHOO is going to $15.
After dealing with them, I realize why the stock stinks. They are a terribly run company.
