All week I’ve been telling you guys to watch [[ENER]] on the short side. Yesterday, I told Gunners that we were at a critical point in the name. Lo and behold, take a look at it today.
I’ve been all over [[CELG]] for some time, today I got back in it and it BTFO. It’s true that it had a terrible close, but I still love it here. Note: I still like [[ISRG]] as well. Healthcare/Biotech is where the bulls will hide.
How about that bottom call on [[XTO]], incredible. I still like it and will ride it up to the 50s.
[[HRB]] I don’t even want to get started on that name, but it deserves to die. I hope Hybrid was pulling my chain when he said it was going to catch an upgrade. I ended up my keeping short, mainly for Woody.Note: iBankcoin

Short shipping TBSI DRYS (although this still needs to play out right and has yet to completely breakdown)
sold coal puts (FCL)
short fertilizer? IPI POT MOS? Looks like the volume on POT is finally here, I like it as a short, although it could still find support here. A small short position here looks good
and SD looks pretty ugly with energy, although USO still has support here, so it could rally to 108 form it’s 2nd “shoulder” and then breakdown below the neckline if it’s going to breakdown. I’m a little uncertain about oil one way or another. Hard to bet against it with the fed bailing everything out and welcoming inflation.
Oh and aerospace/defense is going down for a while…

FYI I didn’t short puts, I sold puts that I bought on FCL, I might regret it, but they were $65 puts that were OTM when I bought them and KOL is right at support. So if it breaksdown through support on good volume or bounces towards resistance I might look to get some OTM puts again.

You see that gap in the chart around $43? That gap will be filled before this stock gets around to challenging it’s recent highs. Most gaps must be filled. Except Whoopie Goldberg’s gap. I wouldn’t even fill that gap with The Fly’s meat whistle…

Medical Equipment & Supplies – BAX. looking like a bullish flag on the daily. Could be a descending Triangle on the 30min, but a break above $68.45 would seem bullish to new highs to me. what do you think?
