Burger Kind caught an upgrade today and is still acting well, first chart below. Watch for a move up through $23.

In the big box retail world, Costco finally saw its rubber band snap, third chart below, with a swift move down to the 200-day moving average. Keep an eye on Kohl’s to see if it follows suit.

JCP is back on the no-touch list for me and has been since it could not hold $9 again.
