I mentioned XOXO as a long idea we have been discussing inside 12631 on my video market recap for Monday. Look for further strength above Monday’s highs as a trigger to cement the impressive volume and price action on Monday. In addition CVO is a low-priced, heavily-shorted stock worth considering on the long side for Tuesday. Note the bullish volume pattern indecent weeks and the tight, “base over base” pattern.
And on the short side, if you are feeling aggressive perhaps SRS (ultrashort the REIT’s might be worth a look, since the IYR ETF remains in a corrective pattern since the spring and is vulnerable to yet another rollover.
