On the open, Compellent Technologies, Inc. [[CML]] will be purchased.
This will be the first purchase in some time for the system. While I would like for it to be getting more long exposure, there simply are not any oversold stocks that fit the criteria.
I am also tracking another dip-buying system that uses a different setup and criteria, and it had no signals for today.
I’m not sure what all this means in terms of the broader markets, except that they just keep going up and up, with the strongest of stocks having very few pullbacks.
Wood, Many thanks for the ISYS Cup wit… I’m now unable to follow the market full time and will have to change my style once again.
Any chance this screen will move full time to the PPT? It makes a lot of sense as I can be comfortable putting the order in before the market opens without getting a case of the shakes.

Sorry to hear about not being able to watch the market. I know exactly what that is like. Sometimes things happen for a reason though, or at least that is what I tell myself.
This cup wit handle screen needs some tweaking as it doesn’t give near enough opportunity. It needs to be giving at least 1 signal at night, and right now, it is giving like 1 a week. I just need to tweak the settings so that it is not looking for as specific a setup. Once I get it tweaked, it will need to be backtested before I would ever consider moving it to the PPT.
Really the system that I like the best is the Power Dip, especially for those who can’t watch the markets. It is really really close to being ready and hopefully will be offered soon through the site.
