SWHC and RGR longs, and GRPN and FSLR shorts, were highly underwater on my book, to the tune of -$50k. They are only getting worse, and recent negative and positive catalysts (for the stocks respectively), have caused absolute vortexes of pain to descend upon “Domus Rhinoceros.” Sometimes you have to just call in the cleaning crew and let them get to work. Those positions underwater, were occupying my mental capacity, as well as capital that could be allocated elsewhere. I will no longer be married to a position from now on, and all new positions will have stops, regardless. I’m constantly evolving, and in doing so, I still like refiners- though they’re beaten down today, tools (no Tim Sykes), and recreational vehicles.
